- Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the watches we sell. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges, which will be added to your total invoice amount.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.
6. Selling and Trading Watches
- Evaluation: Watches submitted for sale or trade will be evaluated by our experts. We reserve the right to refuse any watch for any reason.
- Offers: Offers made for your watch are valid for a limited time as specified in the offer. If you accept our offer, you agree to transfer ownership of the watch to us.
- Payment: Payment for watches sold to us will be made via the method agreed upon during the transaction process.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: You may return a watch within 3 days of purchase for a refund, provided the watch is in its original condition and packaging. Custom orders and special items may not be eligible for return.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned watch. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
8. Warranty, Authenticity and Repairs
- Authenticity Verification: All watches offered by Palazzo di Luxury are carefully inspected and verified for authenticity prior to being listed or sold. Each timepiece undergoes a multi-point evaluation to confirm genuine manufacturer components, serial integrity, and proper mechanical performance. We do not purchase, sell, or trade any counterfeit or replica timepieces.
- Warranty Coverage: Every watch purchased from Palazzo di Luxury is covered under a one (1)-year warranty on the movement, beginning on the date of purchase. This warranty covers the internal mechanical functionality of the movement under normal conditions of use. It does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, water intrusion, impact, or unauthorized servicing.
- First-Time Client Benefit: Clients making their first purchase from Palazzo di Luxury are additionally entitled to a lifetime warranty on the watch movement. This lifetime coverage applies exclusively to the original purchaser and remains valid for the lifetime of ownership, provided the watch is serviced only by Palazzo di Luxury or an authorized service partner. The lifetime warranty does not transfer upon resale or consignment.
- Repairs and Service: Watches returned for warranty service will be evaluated by our in-house or authorized watchmaker. Repairs outside warranty coverage will be quoted and approved by the client prior to any work being performed. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate course of service to preserve the watch’s integrity and authenticity.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
