2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- All domestic shipments are sent via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured for the total purchase value.
- International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority or a comparable secure service.
- Adult signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.
- Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been processed.
3. Processing and Handling
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after cleared payment.
- High-value shipments may require additional verification prior to release.
- Palazzo di Luxury reserves the right to delay shipments if fraud screening or identity verification is necessary.
4.Shipping to Palazzo di Luxury (Selling to Us)
- Palazzo di Luxury provides complimentary insured shipping for all watches sold to us.
- Upon acceptance of our offer, a pre-paid shipping label and detailed packing instructions will be provided.
- Items shipped to us are fully insured while in transit, provided they are packaged according to our instructions.
5.Address Policy
- We primarily ship to FedEx Hold at Location (HAL) nearest the verified billing address.
- Alternatively, verified business addresses may be approved.
- Shipping to a residential address may be allowed at our discretion, with adult signature required. We do not ship to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, or temporary addresses without prior written approval.
6. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
- Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees associated with international shipments.
- Palazzo di Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or border inspections.
7. Packaging and Security
- All timepieces are professionally and securely packaged using protective materials.
- Tamper-resistant methods are used to safeguard your purchase during transit.
- Packaging is discreet to ensure security and confidentiality.
8. Local Pickup
- Local pickup is available by appointment only in Jersey City, NJ.
- Valid government-issued ID and prior payment verification are required for in-person transactions.
9. Risk of Loss
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the item has been delivered and signed for at the designated address.
- For items being sold to Palazzo di Luxury, risk of loss remains with the seller until the item is received and inspected.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
