Return Policy
At Palazzo Di Luxury, we are committed to providing our clients with authentic, high-quality timepieces. Our return policy ensures transparency, fairness, and protection for both our customers and our business.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of receiving the watch.
- Watches must be returned in the exact condition as sold: unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories.
- Watches marked as “final sale,” “vintage,” “clearance,” or “custom order” may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at sales@palazzodiluxury.com within 3 days of receiving your watch to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Unauthorized returns or returns without an RA number will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Ship the watch using a fully insured carrier with adult signature required. Provide tracking information to us within 24 hours of shipment.
- Return shipping costs and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility.
3.Inspection & Refund
- All returns are subject to inspection by our team to verify condition and authenticity.
- Watches showing any signs of wear, tampering, missing items, or alteration will result in denied returns or restocking fees (10%) at our discretion.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 48 hours of return approval.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4.Important Notes
- Watches that have been sized, worn, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Custom orders, special requests, and watches sourced at client request may not be eligible for return.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
